I just wanted to take a moment and say thank you for the contribution that you and your team have given us in our HR efforts.

As a growing company it is impossible to have all of the employees in all of the areas that you would like. HR seemed to be a place we could "cut corners" and make due with the payroll clerk handling most of the issues.

This past year has shown us the error in our thinking. You have shown us the value of proper hiring principles, verifying references, additional training, meeting with and involving our employees in the decision processes of the company. In addition helping us establish fair wages, job descriptions, an employee handbook, and an HR Manual of Policies and Procedures that give guidance for all of our managers.

Over the past year the quality and level of expertise we have been able to get in our new hires has been incredible, especially in an area where unemployment is very low and good people are hard to find.

While we are not large enough to require a full time HR person, the service your company provided was perfect for us. It gave us access to an HR expert at a rate we can afford.

I would highly recommend your service for anyone that finds themselves in the situation of needing guidance but not having the resources for a qualified HR expert.
